Dr. Phil's Sample Lunch

- Low fat cottage cheese
- Salad vegetables
- 1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple chunks
- 2 tablespoons light fruit salad dressing

Pizza
|
- 4 pancakes (see preceding recipe)
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened tomato sauce
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
|

- Put one pancake on top of the other. Spread tomato sauce. Place mozzarella on top of sauce. Place thinly sliced tomatoes on mozzarella. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Broil until
parmesan is golden.
- You can make any pizza you like by adding your favorite things to the basic recipe.
